"i suggest to you to offer discounts for guests in their next stay in the hotel to encourage them to book with bassena hotel rather than trying another hotel."

"I stayed at the Donaustadt hotel, not the Prater. Not sure why the received review link shows me this page. Looks like a technical issue. Great hotel. Nice staff. Good soundproofing. Clean room. Good WiFi. Great decor and lighting. No noisy fan in the bathroom. Quiet fridge. Blackout curtains are awesome. The bed is huge and fairly comfortable. Good A/C. Three elevators are good. Close to the public transport and a supermarket. The kettle was great for making a tea. The TV is pretty useless and ugly. Some LED lights have a high pitch noise. The tablet in the room is overkill."

Nice hotel, modern and clean. friendly and knowledgeable people. Incredible sound protection - cannot hear anything from the outside and inside. convenient location close to the metro and bus/tram stops. Great food for breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.
