"The experience at the property was fine . The bathroom was accessible. The decor was great. The location suited us. There was one problem. As a person with mobility issues, I found the bed too high to climb into. My husband had to help me."

i suggest to you to offer discounts for guests in their next stay in the hotel to encourage them to book with bassena hotel rather than trying another hotel.
